Biography

I'm a 23 year old girl from Kelowna BC and have been riding for 4 years. I had a blast the last 2 years racing and cant wait for lucky number 3. After breaking my back this summer, I truley realised my passion for riding, and starting my training for 09.

2009 will be an amazing season as I plan to participate in every race in the BC cup circuit and continue free riding with my friends. I am dedicated to progressing both as a free rider and a racer and will be training regularly at Silver Star and Whistler. In short... I want to get my name out there and meet tons of great people along the way!

1. Number of years participating in your sport: 4 years DH/Freeride
2. Why did you start your sport: Well actually my ex lost his license and couldn't drive so I thought I would be healthy too and ride to work
3. In one word how would your best friend describe you: Crazy (from a one am phone call half asleep)
4. Who / What inspires you: Anyone who takes it further each day, pushing the limits of what can be done
5. What do you want to accomplish: Race as much as I can, ride even more, and make it more than a hobby
6. What is more important to you than mountain biking: Family and health because without either I wouldn't have biking
7. Do you have any other special talents: I've been in Karate for 9 years and won Nationals
